I've recently got the Really Right Stuff BH-55 and I kept the Manfrotto legs so the BH-55 is mounted on my Manfrotto 190ProB. I am looking to upgrade the tripod and could you suggest a stable/good legs sutable for that tripod head (not very expansive)
Thank you

You really can't beat the Gitzo 3-Series.

Very true and would be an ideal match for your BH-55, systematic version would be my choice

I would say Gitzo 3, 4 or 5 series depending on what your exact needs are for hight and loads. I got a the current 3 section 3 series (GT3532LS) and love it.

+1 for gitzo. I use a 5 series & I honestly can't think how it could be more useful to me.
Worth every penny

Gitzo for me too.

A 3 series is the perfect match for the BH-55 from what I have seen, but it wouldn't look out of place on a 5 series, depending on what it lens it is supporting of course.

I guess it depends on your budget and what you need it to support, unfortunately stability comes at a price
I've just brought a gitzo 3532ls systematic, superb bit of kit but very pricey.
