Tripod care

I have a Manfrotto MK294A3-D3RC2 294 Aluminium Tripod Kit with 3 Way QR. It has got very stiff, what is the best way to deal with this? Any ideas?

If it’s to loose afterwards ,just rub it with some crushed viagra to stiffen it up again

Tbh initialy I would just try and "work" the stiff areas back into use before turning to lubrication.

It could be dirt. Best practise would be to clean the area first, before resorting to lubricants. Manfrotto parts generally dismantle quite easily with a basic toolkit.
