Hi Guys.
I've been on a few trips recently. I have a Lowepro backpack. It doesn't have a tripod holder but i usually just slide my current tripod in (a Giottos Carbon Fibre tripod) sideways which can be lethal when walking down the street.
I'm off to NYC next year and want to get a new bag (shoulder bag with a tripod holder) plus a new tripod and head.
Happy to fork out what it takes (and hoping to buy a Billingham bag as I want something durable). I also prefer a shoulder bag for wandering around the city (as opposed to a backpack).
I just want to know what Billingham bag, tripod and head you guys would go for. I need a short light tripod and head (as I say willing to lay down the cash).
My kit is a 5D MkII, 17-40mm, 70-200mm and a 50mm (Sigma). So would need to carry that.
Any thoughts?
