Tripod and gimbal for Nikon 500mm F4 ED VR

hi all,

I need a solid tripod and compatible gimbal head to hold a Nikon 500mm F4 ED VR + D850 combo. Needs to be lightweight but able to easily hold the weight of the setup which is pretty heavy!

All options considered so let me know suggestions please.

Used the Gitzo GT4533LS tripod and Wimberley WH200 gimbal successfully with 500mm f/4 on both the D850 and D5.

Swapped out the lens foot for a Kirk Engineering item and also the gimbal cradle for an RRS PG-CC cradle to give Arca QR compatibility.

Also used a Gitzo monopod and Wimberley MH100 Monogimbal with the same rig.
