triple speedlite coldshoe bracket

Hi, I'm Looking for a sturdy triple flash bracket, I don't want to save money only to end up with something unsafe or a pain to use.

I've dismissed an interfit one based on bad reviews.
I'm looking at these lastolite ones, has anyone used these or other brands and can share opinions ?

First one is being discontinued but can still likely get stock...but you can get the same with locking coldshoes which is more popular, with a bit of added security....http://www.lastolite.com/triflash-shoe-lock.php

JM version is much the same, except has rotating coldshoes so you can swivel the flashes around, lets you twist the ir receivers on the flashguns around towards the camera if youre going to fire them in this method...Both have umbrella holes and also have a tilt mechanism.

Thanks very much for your input, I'm still dithering over the choice.
I'm thinking about what if I needed all three flashguns to have a radio reciever.
Would they fit ?
