does anybody know what is the difference between the yongnuo rf-602/rf-603 is please and has anybody used one with the nissin di622

The Di622 won't work with triggers unless it's a Mk2 version or a Nikon version with a firmware update.

If you're wanting to fire off-camera lights with either of those triggers you need to be aware that it's manual-only, regardless of which flashgun you use.

Those triggers are TTL only with any flash but the Di622 Mk1 won't fire at all with any triggers of that type unless it's got the firmware update which is only available for the Nikon version. It doesn't like something about how triggers work.
It does have an optical mode that you can trigger using a TTL flash on your camera (for example the pop up one) but the sensor isn't very good so you don't get much range out of it and it's not very good outdoors.

so can anybody recommend me a way to set the flash off camera in daylight bar using the on board flash:help:

I think you can only fire the Mk1 with a TTL cable or via the optical slave so if you're wanting to use something else you'll need a different flash.
