trigger sets and flashes

Right this may seem like a silly question, but as i'm tight for money at the moment, can i use any flashgun for pt-04's? i.e nikon, canon, sigma etc.

Ideally i want to find a cheap manual power flash gun as the jessops 300af just doesnt seem to work well with bmx

Yes, cheapo old manual film flashes are fine.

The other thing is, if they have a trigger voltage of 250V or less you can stick it on the hot shoe of a Nikon! I did a thread explaining it all will just find it........
