Travel Photography Courses

Hello All!

Please help me .... I'm trying to find a good travel photography course that also has photoshop thrown in. I found one on Travellers Tales, booked it and it got cancelled ... gutted. I know my way round my camera but definitely need to improve on lighting techniques, so I'm thinking an intermediate course. Any ideas? I've emailed a guy called Nigel Wilson as well who runs courses but not sure if it's my thing. Need basic photoshop, haven't got a clue what I'm doing, I'm from the darkroom generation!

You could learn a hell of a lot by just sticking around this very forum it's a great place to learn about all aspects of photography

I can't help you with specific courses for Travel Photography but check out your local college, they will do evening/weekend photography and Photoshop courses.

Ours does a course called Photoshop for Photographers, as well as an
Introduction to Photoshop and Further Photoshop. They also do beginners and intermediate photography courses, I think you will be surprised at what they provide.

Central St Martins runs evening classes and Christmas, Easter and Summer Schools that include ones on travel photography. I woul recommend their Photographers' London course.
