Hi Guys

I'm new to the forum so please go easy!

I'm off to China and Tibet on a trip in a few weeks time and am looking for a good backpack to carry my dslr (EOS 500D) and attached telephoto lens, wide angle lens and some other kit, along with my netbook. Obviously I won't be taking the netbook on any days out, but need the facility to carry it safely whilst travelling between destinations.

I'm quite taken by the Redsnapper Compucam backpack (as i've already got a redsnapper tripod which i'm very impressed with), but can't find any recent reviews for. Anyone got any experience with one, or anything similar as i'm quite open to any suggestions.

Cheers

I use a Lowepro Fastpack 250 for my travelling needs, works well for me.

lowepro slingshot 100 here, Camera, 3 lenses (inc 18-270 zoom), spare battery, filters, bottle of water, crisps & tripod attached to outside elastic strap on bag. has got pretty wet in past with all contents remaining dry, has additional strap for increased stability when tail biking.

:agree: another vote here. I use my fastpack 250 to carry 400d with battery grip and 75-300mm attached, kit lens, flash, 17" notebook, all chargers and leads, small 1st aid kit and still have room for more.

Another vote for the Fastpack 250. If you need one a bit bigger then the 350 is, from memory, quite a bit bigger.

Thanks for the replies guys , just ordered the Fastpack 250 as it seems that will best suit my needs! Will try and post some photos when I get back!
