Hi all - I was wondering if there was some means of transferring images wirelessly from a camera such as the D750 to a wireless HDD? I have a few options on the wireless HDD side, where I can have a hdd enclosed in a wifi enclosure or attach a regular 2.5" hdd to a portable router. I'm confident I can connect the HDD to the network created by the camera but not sure how I can intiate a transfer? I know I'll need an interface of some kind, but stuggling to see how I can copy files over as I dont think my computer or phone will see both as attached storage.

**or to put all the confusing babble above in simple terms, can I push images onto a wireless hdd using only the camera? i.e. select an image and just zip it across without an app or device in the middle bring the two together**

Any thoughts on how I could achieve this?

Hi Neil, I was hoping this thread would catch your attention! :) I think the eye-fi card or wireless storage device isn't the issue. The D750 creates a wifi network and you use an app to retrieve images from the camera onto your device. What I'm looking to do is to retreive them onto wireless storage device i.e. browse through images on the camera, mark my favourities and 'push' them onto the wireless storage device.

Plug HDD into a mobile device via OTG and Wi-Fi images to device then copy to HDD

Yep can with the Sony but it also has a sd card reader built in.....
