Hello Kenny,
As you have probably seen there are loads of trail cameras with different levels of sophistication. The only one I can comment on is the Bushnell model 119446 which I've used for about a year.
The only drawbacks I have found, and these are very minor, are a couple of the claims seems a bit exaggerated - the night time illumination is claimed to be to 45 feet. I don't think anything at 45 feet in my night videos is visible and the claim that one set of batteries could last a year appears way over the top. However, these are not significant.
The camera works well, eg. it picks up a mouse but in most situation is not triggered by moving leaves. The quality of the video (I have not tried the still option) isn't great but good enough for what I want -ie just to see what is around.
These are a couple of stills from the videos
I got mine from Uttings Outdoors, but they seem to be sold everywhere..
Sorry I can't give any more info, hopefully others, with other cameras, will be along to give their views.
Dave
