Hmmm.

I think I'm going to need help with this one as I can't think of anything at all. Mrs WW doesn't like sweet things so a big fat cake or basket of goodies is out but what else can it be?

Last year was wood and one of the things I got here was a picture of her and her dog (sadly in heaven now) printed on wood and that went down very well, but sugar? I'm stuck...

Can anyone think of anything?

I had an idea of something made out of sugar cane so I'm googling that now.

Not sure if this helps, but how about something along these lines ??

Yes thanks.

The only things I've found so far are beauty products and water bottles.

Well, I looked it up and you have the choice

6th Anniversary: Candy or Iron

So perhaps a wrought iron sculpture for the garden or if smaller as a room ornament.

Perhaps if you have any local metal work craftspeople you could commission a modestly priced piece???

I think iron is the American option. I've stuck to the British option so far.

I was thinking of a chair made from sugar cane as I know she wants a nice chair for the bedroom but it's like looking for a needle in a haystack with google throwing all sorts at me.

One of these for the mantelpiece ?

Marzipan or chocolate dog? Might be something like her departed pal?

She turns her nose up at anything sweet and wont eat marzipan. I will :D The only chocolate she'll eat is dark.

Does Mrs WW like music from the Sixties? "Sugar, Sugar"?

haha. I have that on a 45 but sadly and oddly she takes next to no interest at all in music.

It is a difficult one. I'll have another look for a chair.

I was thinking of it as more symbolic than for her to eat - you have already told us she doesn't eat sweet stuff! :)

Ah. I see. Thanks but if I give her marzipan she'll look at me as if I'm from another planet.

Candy scented candle?

I'll keep the other idea to myself ...

How far off the wall does she think when she's bought you anniversary gifts?

She uses a candle reguarly when she does yoga and meditation so that's a possibility :D

I have four ideas now... a chair, flowers made out of sugar, beauty product (I can't remember what it was but it's made out of sugar cane :D) and a candle.

There will be another present so the traditional one doesn't need to be too expensive or flashy.

How far off the wall does she think when she's bought you anniversary gifts?

She's clueless at buying prezzies :D Usually she gets me a box of blades for my Harry's razor or some man smellies.
