I have been a member of FM for a few years now ---it is a seriously good site and the info is perfect,concise and subject appropriate.The emphasis is on serious though.
DPreview on the other hand is pure "Animal "territory--full of show offs, put downs and interplanetary egos.:razz: However it is still a good resource for current info.
And so to TP---------What can I say--------A community of diverse,tolerant yet opinionated lunatics with a great sense of humour,who share one thing in common---------------A CAMERA.
Where else could the subject of KayJays ar*e cause such hilarity and concern (cough) at the same time.TP Out of focus should be available on the National Health the antics of some of the regulars(I shall refrain from naming them) could cheer up the whole country.
The site is essentially camera serious---as it should be------and yet the OOF reveals both an irreverance and compassion that is quintessentialy and uniquely utterly madly British.
The big problem of course is that its as addictive as heroin.:bang:
