Hi all,

Just having problem with image display on my HTC Sensation XE running on Android Ice-cream Sandwich.

I can see the posted images from anybody when I open a thread for the first time. However, when I open these subsequently later, the images fail to load up.

Not sure, if anyone else here has had same problem on Android with possible solution?

Will be interesting to hear from others if the problem is with HTC or Android platform. Wish I had gone for another iPhone now.
 
I get it on my HTC Desire.
Only way round it at present is to go into settings and clear the image cache within the TP app itself.
Not ideal but it works.
 
All working perfectly on my Samsung Galaxy Note, running stock ICS.

However, what I did notice is that when viewing a multi page thread, if you only view the first page, exit, come back in and pick the thread again, you are now at page 2. Rinse and repeat and the pages displayed will keep incrementing each time in order to take you to the first unviewed post. The images from the earlier ages are still there just fine, but you need to tab back to them.

So if that is the "issue" it's a feature, not a bug.
 
Thank you all for your replies. I'll try clearing the cache as suggested and see if that helps.

@tdodd - I do know what you mean. It does happen on mine as well, however, can cope with that. But the problem on HTC seems to be the image display when you go on posts subsequently.

May probably leave feedback for the developers to see if this could be fixed.
