Starts on TV Friday night with a preview before the real start on Saturday.

I'll be watching, and yes lets hope that it's about the racing this year.

I see from the papers that the GB and Australian cycling teams are looking to enter the tour soon, could be interesting, and given that they come from strong ant-doping backgrounds may help the image of the sport as well.
 
Ignoring the doping scandals of the last couple of years I am a massive TdF fan. Wont catch much of it this year as am off to Germany for Quelle Challenge Roth next week :(
 
Yup......even though my love of biking is planted firmly in the mud, I'll be watching the Tour at every opportunity :)
 
For me personally, I remember all the crashes with dogs. And that Lightweight wheel of the T-Mobile rider folding in half.

I'm also excited as the Tour of Britain is coming through my town this September, and it looks like I'm going to have time to cycle between two places along the route to catch them
 
I'll definitely be watching - haven't missed it on tv for over 30 years........I managed to go down to the south coast to watch them go over Ditchling Beacon when they came to the UK @ 1991
 
will try and keep up with the coverage depending what shift i am working

I'll be following it. Was at last years Prologue in London which really got me in to it.
 
I can't wait for the Pyrenees + Alpine stages - My God those blokes are inhuman with how much pain they can endure...........:notworthy:
