Ok we have had some unwanted furry guests move in during the snow fall, taking advantage of the extra food for the birds :bang:
So I've removed the feeding station well out of the way & put some rat poison down just over a week ago, then yesterday one of the little buggers came and sat on the lawn
Now I suspect they may be under the rather delapidaded shed that is well overdue for replacement so wil be pulled down and destroyed.
But here is the dilemma, apart from the rats there are huge man eating spiders lurking in the shed,:eek: I have seen them and I am pertrified spiders, but Dave isn't happy around rats which don't worry me.
So how do we get rid of the spiders so I can go and check what other livestock is lurking in there

12 bore.

Alternatively, take a long pole and hit the spiders on the head with it. When they grab the hit head with all 8 legs around the pole, simply lift them into a pre-prepared container.

Cheers Chris :D and Nod no way am I holding a pole with a huge spider on the other end :eek:

Was my thread, still severely tempted to burn down the workshop :D studio prep is delayed atm as someone might be buying the house, and I'm buggered if I'm setting up a studio only for someone to put there lawnmower in there

Seems fair enough

We did, well my next door neighbour did and they wouldn't come out, probably cos she won't pay, so I'll ring them next week, thing is shed has to go and it's a case of who gets brave first :cuckoo:

Soak it in petrol for 2 days. Then woof, no more spiders. no more rats, job done.

Don't forget to claim on the insurance for a nice new one.

set up a television studio in your neighbours shed, we all know that rats cant resist presenting duties and they will move next door, then dave can sort out the spiders for you.
