Too much blue in studio

Hello,

The title should read "Too Much BLUR in studio"

Working in a studio environment with babies and young children i have started to notice that i am getting too much blur for example if a child topples over,its totally blurred, i would have thought in the studio that the light would stop the action.

I am using f11, 1/125 and iso 200

Can anyone offer any assistance please?

whats the flash duration of your lights, or atleast which make/model are you using?
