Im keeping my eyes peeled for a wide angle lens that wont break the bank. I need to improve my lens collection from just having 1.

I found that one on eBay but cant find a great amount of info about it.

Anyone here know much about these? Worth a punt or avoid like the plague? Will it actually work as a decent wide angle lens?

Ill be using it on a Canon EOS 50D
 
It is a very decent lens for between £50 and £70 but I would not pay more than that.
A couple sold lately for between £35 and £50 on fleabay.

I got mine from a forum member a few days ago.
 
Some user reviews here - gets a pretty decent rating considering it's cost.
 
hmm I get the impression that you dont get a very wide angle with a crop frame sensor.

might give it a miss
