I called Tosprint last week to discuss a 16 x 12 stretched canvas of a Big Cat that I took at the WHF. I spoke to Lee who advised what size file he required, we settled on a 40Mb .TIF file which I FTP'ed to their server. We had a problem with the file, which I uploaded for a 2nd time and it was fine.

The canvas arrived yesterday, and I have to say, it's fantastic. More importantly, Lee @ TogsPrint kept me informed every part of the way - great service and a great product.

Needless to say I'm looking at getting a few more done now. They get my recommendation 100%.

Just got a canvas done for my mum and dad's anniversary, same kind of experience, a++++ :)
 
Just like to say Ive had fantastic service off Lee at Togsprint, I had a 36x24 canvas printed of my sister and her husband at their wedding, contacted him on Tuesday uploaded pic on Wednesday and it was delivered Friday great quality, fast delivery, good price and excellent customer service highly recommended, I will definitly be using them again.

I was not quite so lucky (sorry Lee, but you know I had problems). My first order did not arrive so I queried it after a week. Lee was helpful on the phone and told me that some of my images had a colour cast which I corrected and reuploaded as requested, and put in a second order to be delivered at the same time as the unreceived first order. I thought £9 and £13 postage for these was a bit excessive - especially as they were eventually sent out together.

Some of the images I received were the new uploaded ones and some the originals with the colour cast and some prints had crooked white lines around the edge that I had to cut off before I could send out to clients. I ended up having most of them redone elsewhere. Decided to try one more time and there was an image missing, I think this final order was done FOC.

The two larger prints Lee did from the original order were excellent and I have no complaints about those apart from the first order going missing/taking a long time to arrive.
 
Just received my order from Lee at Togsprint and its excellent. Great quality printing and really good paper. No complaints (except with the Post Office).
