I've been a member for four years.

I've bought and sold a lot, my feedback is at 601 and 100% in short, I'm loyal

Now I've had my listings pulled twice in a week because of stupid things.

OK, in my first listing (a car) I wrote at the bottom it was advertised elsewhere and feel free to make me an offer. Maybe slight oversight on my part, but a warning and instruction to remove that bit from my listing would have sufficed I would have thought.

So I relisted it (without the above bit), car gets won, buyer never shows up for it.

This is now the third time I've had to list it.

I had a question about a buy it now price, ( which I wouldn't mind, but I usually tell the person to get bidding and maybe get lucky ) but I didn't this time and wrote that "I am after £500 for it"

Yes, ebay pull the listing again !!

Theres no customer care at ebay thats for sure.. Unfortunatly long gone are the days when removing your business makes any difference to any large company.. they just dont care You leave and ten more join the same day. Many years and 100% feedback is impressive.. but not to them.

You have to remember they deal with hundreds of thousands of listings a day, they don't have time to hand hold you when you make mistakes or break the rules. I'd rather as a customer that they pull an auction that 'might' be suss before anyone loses their cash.

I broke the rules once and paid to relist it.

Second time the winner dont show up with the money.

Third time, I dont think I have broke any rules. Saying "I'm after £500 for it" is NOT an offer to sell. OK, so I'm being anal, but its the truth.

So to sell a car on ebay, you must list it 4 times.

I'm sorry, but as a loyal member of 4 years with 100% feedback and 100% record for paying fees, and 100% on time !!! I think I deserve more !!

I know what your saying reddeathdrinker, but I think a little lea way is needed here !!
