Do you have a backup of the drive and can boot up from the backup? If yes then delete if no, may be have a bootable back up and delete. So if it is needed you can restore.
I presume they are just the win 10 upgrade files so would not be needed but not 100% sure.
Rename the files to something like .old, then restart the computer to see if it causes any problems. (Make sure you’ve got a bootable backup just in case). On the other hand they small enough to just leave.
