Hi guys going to scarborough tomorrow to do a bit of fishing, also taking camera with me any tips as to what i should be shooting, composition/subjects etc, i am new to digital and only got my kit today. thanks.

Shoot whatever you find interesting! If there are other guys fishing try and get some action shots of them casting out maybe? And if it's a nice day you'll hopefully have some reflections on the water, could make for a landscape photo.

Composition wise try and mostly fill the frame if you're shooting people/animals, otherwise remember the rule of thirds - but if you're new to it all then just experiment and see what looks good when you get home!

Going with mates? try some shots of them in action.

cheers guys, any info helps me i'm a total noob.:baby:

Keep the camera away from sea spray........It will be dead before it gets run in! Put your bag and gear in a strong bin liner and bring out as necc ( speaking as a man who's gone through 3 digi compacts playing on boats!!)
