Hey everyone :)

Tomorrow I'm going to a BMX trail to photograph the bikers performing tricks etc to promote that particular trail.

I've only really shot landscapes before, let alone moving people/objects. So I'd really appreciate any tips/advice you can give me to bare in mind!

Experiment with shutter speed and practice panning. It's relatively straightforward to capture a moving subject with a fast enough shutter speed.. but making it look like it's moving is a little more difficult. Get a few conservative shots in the bank and then play with ideas. Have fun!

Use continuous focus and track the bike as it approaches your shot.
