I've done one short timelapse - http://www.longlensphotography.co.uk/bristol/e3db40832
(how do I embed iframe here?)

All movements are done in post. I see I can shoot wider and cheat a little. But it can't replicate some bigger movements, like for example moving 10m past some large objects, or even 1m slider past something close.

So how do you get that smooth motion over 3-10m? Surely it is not a simple slider.

And then where / how can I market these commercially? I am thinking about shooting a proper one locally over next few weeks, so it would help if I can tailor it to suit commercial clients.

Currently I only have some bodies, and manfrotto tripod with 410 head.

Smaller moves have to be done with a rig of some kind, there's no real way to cheat. Longer moves are pretty easy once you get your method down. You can even go for long moves and turns when you get accomplished. Google hyperlapse for the details :D
