Time for a new tower

Hi All and seasons greetings.
In the new year I have set myself a task of getting a new tower to work along side my old one. This tower will be used just for Video and Photographic editing,

Can anyone offer any guidance of a decent build up . Looking to spend between £350-£450

Maybe not what you would want, but I use a DELL factory refurbished OptiPlex 7020 small form factor system unit which is about 30cmx30cm by 6cm, this sits on my desk & has an i7 processor, 16gb memory & space for 2 notebook sized disks, I have a Samsung Evo SSD and a 1tb HDD for local storage & have access to another 20tb storage on my home server, which also hosts my domestic CCTV virtual machine, & a WHS2011 backup server. The Optiplex was purchased from the DELL Outlet store for around £400 & came with 3 year onsite warranty.

The DELL runs cool & quiet, which is what I wanted.
