Tiffen filters

I've been offered a Tiffen HT 77mm CPL filter for £25 but I have no experience of this make.
I use Hoya Pro1 CPL filters and I was planning on getting a 77m.
Any had any experience with Tiffen filters and how do they compare to the Hoya Pro1 range?

All my CPL's are Tiffen and I haven't seen any problems. At £25 that's a bargain and if you don't want it then I'll have it....you're looking at £100+ if new.

From googling around it seems like there are 2 versions, a standard CPL that's quite cheap and the more expensive HT Digital version.
The current owner can't identify which one it is so I have left it for now.
