Recently moved ISP to o2 broadband, and very impressed with their service/communication and ease of set up/use+ free customer helpline
Plus blisteringly fast speeds.
Was with F2s (Tiscali) for a number of years, and although they were generally OK, recently the service began to suffer -outages, delayed E-mail, drop in speeds etc, so it was time to move on, so moved to o2 (formerly Be) 20mb service for less I was paying for an 8mb service from f2s
Typical speeds from f2s
Typical speeds from o2
During the ordering period, they kept me informed of progress by E-mail/text message all along the way.
They provide excellent handholding during set-up.
Only once did I need to ring them (some smpt settings needed sorting to enable me to link my own domain E-mail into outlook)-got through to them very quickly-and they were patient, helpful and knowledgeable.
So all in all-very impressed with everything, and since installation-speeds have been consistent and high (tested via http://www.speedtest.net/)
And if you are a o2 mobile customer-the broadband is cheaper still-although not all of the country is enabled to receive such high speeds yet (ADSL2)
