Thumb Nails

Hi all
Can anybody tell me if there is any software out there that will enable me to create thumbnails for use on a web page

so nobody here creates thumb nails ?

"Automate" in CS3 will produce thumbnails and "larger copies" ( you define the sizes ) in a folder for web pages and galleries failing that just reduce the image size to around 100 x 100 px (and "save as" )
and link that to the full size ( or what ever size you want)
