I took it to mean that the whatever the service is they're offering - the customer is number one - No? or am I being a total thicky???!!!![]()

I think this is their 'joke', thing is, if people can be confused by the message - it's not a good message is it - and if people just think you can't write spelling & grammar correctly on your own van, why should they trust the work you offer?
More of an 'in' joke I think, but one that could backfire on them
