On Monday I start a 6-9 month stretch Monday -Friday near Edinburgh. Rather than pass all my time in a hotel bar, I want to get out and about. THe hours will be long so I can't go too far.

So Any recomendations???

The opening hours aren't helpful, but if I get a day go pear shaped and we down tools for delays, it'll certainly be something to look at.
