I suspect that may just be a CGI concept type image (which I'm sure you are aware of anyway), specially since I do struggle to see how that would last that long against coastal erosion if such a building does exist.

I guess if the address was number 4 (Tracy island) & was painted yellow, it might make it feel a bit safer. :)
 
More money than sense - or, has someone figured out that you stop erosion if you replace the limestone with a solid face?

I wouldn't live there.

According to the blurb, the BBQ area on the bottom floor "provides an immediate connection with the sea" ... I presume from that, they mean that's the first bit to get wet when the thing falls off the cliff .... !!

Wouldn't want to drop my sausage over the side when using the BBQ.
Stunning idea though. No pesky neighbours, but somehow I don't think my wife would go for it, no garden.
