Creativelive have the "The Ultimate Lightroom CC Workflow with Jared Platt" rebroadcast on 28th and 29th Sept. I have found Jared Platt the best demonstrator of Lightroom I've seen. Worth a look if you have any queries about how Lightroom works, and/or setting up a very efficient Lightroom Workflow.
