North England The scaffolding at Ashess Bridge - local knowledge sought.

I'm going to Keswick during the Xmas break, and fancy some long exposure/lightpainting at Ashness Bridge at night. A different perspective on a well worn shot. When I was up there in September the bridge was full of scaffolding. I don't want to lug all the gear up there if the scaffolding is still in place.

Does anyone know if this has now been removed and the repair works completed?

I drove over Ashness bridge this morning (22nd dec) heading to Watendlath and there was no scaffolding to be seen.
Good time to be going up there a lot less folk around..Have fun
