The Port of Tyne Reflect Awards 2011

The only thing I've never liked about the competition is this.

1.4 By entering the competition you agree that your entry can appear on public display. We may also use the entry on the internet, television and in print to promote the competition and the North East of England (in newspapers and magazines for example) and share them, with their partners and commercial supporters of this competition.

They get a license for its use, even without relation to the competition, and even if you don't win.
