Hi all
Following my first thread where I have gained fantastic help from this forum, I think I have settled on a bridge camera as my first (and likely only) purchase.
I love to walk and take photos with my smartphone, but obviously this is very limited. A bird on a fence at 30 yards is a waste of time, and if I move closer, it flies off !
Compact camera - that was my first thought, but after consideration, maybe not going to cover all my needs.
DSLR - Tempting, but different lenses and a real commitment to photography, maybe getting too deep for little old me.
So the bridge camera seems to make sense. The Lumix FZ82 seems to be a good choice for performance, ease of use, and won't hurt my pocket too much.
Any pictures, feedback, comments from users, experiences, or concerns about this camera, gratefully received, thank you.
