Customer service standards in the UK. :bang::bang::bang:

They are absolute abysmal with an occasional once in a blue moon decent surprises on the customer services front but 99.99999 times they are absolutely c**p. :thumbsdown::thumbsdown:
 
All those math classes at school did not go waste after all DD :lol::lol::lol:

allerdale borough council should be used as infill around nuclear waste at sellafield.

these people are ****ing idiots, they havent taken any payments on my council tax since august, it took 2 months for them to remove single residents discount from my account and to cap it all they told me on friday that my bank account had been closed, quite where they get this information from i dont know (fresh air perhaps) as my bank account certainly hasnt been closed, infact its got plenty of cash in it and has had lots of direct debits going in and out since it was opened. absolute idiots, luckily they got me on a happy friday afternoon as i would have been really angry, which i will be if they tell me anything else about my bank account. its not that id want to pay my council tax, we get **** all in return apart from a shoddy bin collection service (or rather wheelie bin collection and lose service as my bin is always going missing) and big holes in the road. i want to pay it because i dont fancy a bill for £900 next april when they realise they havent taken any money off me!

We'll get good customer service when companies pay their staff a decent wage which will happen when we (that's all of us) stop expecting everything for next to nothing, at once if not sooner.
 
Well having just moved house and having to deal with lots of companies and the local council to change my address start services etc. it suprizes me how many ppl in cumstomer service depts have no clue what there talking about. in fact just yesterday i was told that the person i was speeking to could book an enginear to reset my key meter which someone has nicely left a huge dept on but it would take 7 days if however i phone today they will sned someone round today Whats that about???

That should stop every little tracksuit-clad scrote in the area setting off a Hiroshima's Revenge at irregular intervals every night between mid September and Easter Monday from seemingly 3 yards outside my front gate.

I mean, if I made my own expolosives and periodically detonated a bog-roll tube full in a built up area at four in the morning I'd be on a Gulf Stream bound for Cuba before you could say "Guy Fawkes got his fingers burned"!
