Yes
We all know the 7D has had mixed reviews since its launch. But its fair to say there is a lot of love for this camera, and its capabilities are tremendous! Here is one of my favourite photos taking with the 7D and 24-70 F2.8L.

Lets see your favourite unedited 7D photo

Did you specifically wait until the perfect moment to get the pole growing out the centre of his head?

Thank you!

I didn't do anything apart from slight noise reduction & a little brightening of the foreground.
What I don't understand is it was taken at almost midnight, so no idea where the light in the sky has come from!!
.

light pollution from orange streetlights - were you near a big town/city?

It could be that, but around that time of night the street lights are all switched off for money saving reasons, must be from the town miles away.

Here is one straight from the camera to jpg.

I took it at the weekend and is of my daughter playing with water. I've probably got better photo's but I just love this one, it's a great example of the 7d smashing and grabbing an instant photo with no real thought barring using manual and the camera being able to focus lightning quick.

The lens is the Canon 85mm f1.8 shot at f2.8 and 1/3200 sec.

Love the clarity of the water  a cracking shot!

I purchased a 7D just today, loving it! I've got an event tomorrow, so I'll be able to give it a proper go tomorrow

Its a fantastic camera, absolutely love mine, worth every penny. I cant see myself upgrading bodies for a long time.

Will you all stop it now for my wallets sake :nono:

Really want a 5D mkII but i keep thinking of selling my 50d as i'll only have to put another £500ish towards a 7d.....

I have had mine for a couple of weeks, hardly had a chance to get out and about with it, here were a couple of shots playing in the park the day after I got it.

It has been edited though.

Apologies for having posted this before, but I thought I'd add this picture to the mix. Probably the first picture I have been truely happy with taken with the 7D, It also made me go 'wow' at the focusing system.

Have to say I know nothing about the camera, but the advert for it, currently screening on tv is simply superb.

Ooooh sorry, I don't have a link for the ad. But it is a guy who walks out into the water where some folk are taking their horses for a canter in the shallow surf. It's a superbly well made advert, and to me, captures the very essence of why we are photographers.

EDIT: found it on youtube for you :)

That's a beautiful advert. Now that makes me want to buy a product, simple, visually beautiful, calm, and informative. Well done Canon for that.

Amazing advert and amazing photos on here folks! :D keep them coming

 massive bump for our 7D friends

There are some awesome shots in this thread - i'd love to see some more :)

Just got mine and its a big beast and feels much heavier than my 40D! Not realy taken any photos yet but the focusing is also very quick!
