The bathroom !!!

They've got my front door ( on the right) - I want it back.

That's where they filmed Trainspotting.

Ah, nothing a good dose of bleach wouldn't fix.

2 genuine questions:
  1. What's a reservation fee? Are those, you know, legal.
  2. Is that a normal price for the area? I had no idea the divide on house prices was so big. In my relatively poor area of the south cost that wouldn't get you a garage.

The auctions I've seen promoted in the Kent area all ask for a reservation fee. This often equates to round £6,000
I don't think I'd want to spend that sort of money on a property I might not 'win'.

I've also noted that those properties offered for auction are mostly no-hopers, unless you're in the building industry.

It's obvious why the previous occupants moved out - pan was full!

Incorrect description - it says that the bathroom has a white suite :(

That must be a typo - the "H" key is quite close to the "U"...

It will sell for £60-70 K to a builder/ developer or someone wanting a "project" to either sell on or rent out.
It will cost £10-15 K to renovate and will rent for £400-450 pcm
