Hello,

Anyone going to this at the weekend? Mainly interested if anyone knows much about it? I.e. what the racing is like, how busy it is etc,

I can pretty much guarantee Dolomitefan will be and I might still be yet. From my experience the Sunday is quieter than the Saturday for people but I believe there is racing now on both days. IIRC when I first went nearly 18 years ago :eek: there was only racing on the Saturday.
 
Indeed I shall be there for both days. Ther are now races on both days as well as autotests and also some static displays of concours and pride of ownership. I've been all but twice since 1987 and it continues to grow. Well worth a day or two out just don't expect to get loads of track shots, Silverstone isn't ideal unless you're the other side of the fence or with a stonking great lens.
 
I have a spare weekend ticket available. My dad bought an extra one but it is now surplus to requirements. If anyone is interested feel free to pm me. I'll then forward my mobile number to collect your ticket at the track. £35 gets it and you can beat the queue. I am leaving at 6 tommorow morning so make it snappy.
