Here's a challenge to one and all. The 12 days of Christmas begin on the evening of Christmas day. What I am challenging you all to do, is to come up with an image to reflect each day. If you can't manage more than one, that is fine. But you will get huge brownie points if you manage as many as possible. If someone really excels themselves I may even sort a little pressie for effort
I'm posting this thread now to give you all chance to come up with ideas (remember to think outside the box). The challenge will officially start on the 25th December, if you can't get online to post your image then, don't worry you have 12 days to add to the thread, which I will start in the General section on the 25th.
For those that don't know
|) the 12 day's are like this:
Day _______ Gift
1 ~ A partridge in a pear tree
2 ~ Two turtle doves,
3 ~ Three French hens,
4 ~ Four calling birds,
5 ~ Five golden rings,
6 ~ Six geese a-laying,
7 ~ Seven swans a-swimming,
8 ~ Eight maids a-milking,
9 ~ Nine ladies dancing,
10 ~ Ten lords a-leaping,
11 ~ Eleven pipers piping,
12 ~ Twelve drummers drumming.
I know some will be difficult, but if you think about it, there are ways around things. You don't have to use people, you can use Lego, teddy bears, modeling clay, Christmas decorations ... anything for any day, so long as it reflects that day
I am perfectly aware that this idea could fall completely flat on it's face, but I am hoping there are enough people about with enough Christmas spirit to make it work
