A couple of months ago I won a £50 printing voucher for ISL Photographic.
I'd used Togsprint before the merger with ISl and was very pleased with the service from Lee. This was my first time dealing with ISL and in particular Steve.
I emailed to find out if I could include postage in the voucher and if there was a "use by" date so I could work out what I could order. I got an reply within a day telling me what I wanted to know.
Steve suggested I hold on for a bit and order something for Christmas which was exactly what I was hoping to use it for. Anyway, after a few more emails confirming some details I decided to order an 18x12 canvas of my son in his school uniform for my parents and an 18x12 poster print for myself. I emailed the photo on a Friday (10th Dec). The next day I got a reply from Steve saying he had a spare frame for a 20x16 canvas and I could have it instead at no extra cost which I duly accepted. He also mentioned he could have it finished and packed off on Monday which I thought was fantastic as I would have had no qualms about being put to the back of the order queue behind the paying customers especially at this busy time of year.
The package arrived on Thursday (16th) and to be honest my wife was gobsmacked at the quality of the canvas and begged me to keep it and give my parents the lustre print
I've read in this section that ISL have been getting some mixed reviews recently but I just wanted to share the positive side. That's 2 good experiences I've had now with ISL/Togsprint and I'll definitely be using them again.
