Using old manual lenses and a mirrorless camera, means I do spend a lot of time hunting out all the dust spots.

Now it can be done with a simple checkbox. It's not perfect, but it's so much quicker.

I updated LR yesterday and it's the one new feature that really appealed to me.

This is an image SOOC.

When you're stitching panoramas together it's just made life a lot easier.

I'm interested in this new feature. At the moment, to spot scanned negatives, I use a selection and generative fill in Photoshop. It's pretty quick and very effective, better than the clone tools in my experience, but having a tool which does it in one blow would be amazing.

I just randomly stumbled upon a very old file... with lots of dust. f/14 just because i probably couldn't be bothered to get ND filter out. Bad idea! I don't do this any more!

Duse Apply. Tick! Here is the end result!

They are not particularly offensive but still visible if you pay attention. To me that is a FAIL.

Lesson #1 (as above) - shoot at no more than f/8
Lesson #2 - don't trust new AI tech with your reputation on the line.

I'm not sure I'm going to reach for this again any time soon... I certainly have a feeling that the updates in this MAX were mostly crumbs for us, and all about building AI-first marketing platform for enterprises.
Anyone here fancy shelling out extra for their premium AI features?!
