tethering a D700

quite interested in tethering my D700 to one of the new little mini internet laptops you see in the shops for around £200 ... I can see some benefits of tethering up for certain indoor shoots but not quite sure how to do it ..

anyone point me in the right direction ... ?

Have'nt got a clue.. without being flippant, what does the manual say?

I'm sure you can do it but you might need Nikon Capture Control, as this is really a software thing, not a hardware thing.

Camera Control Pro 2 (expensive) will do it otherwise if you use Lightroom, you can get Lightroom to watch a particular folder for new images and it'll automatically import those files. Can't see that being a massive benefit as all it's doing is downloading the files but meh. Camera Control Pro 2 is great, I've used the trial version and you can pretty much control every aspect of your camera. But it's 130 quid.
