Tether with Capture1 - Not working - Camera reading 'Busy' Red Light on..

Tether Tools cable.

'Plug and play'.
Not here.

Red light on camera constant and reads 'busy' when you press any button.
Reads as 'offline' in Capture1 in Tether mode...?
Any ideas???

Worth noting - I opened up EOS Utility and it's reading the camera, adjusts as I chnage controls and shows me images when shot... But this is inferior to C1.

Also if I take the SD card out - red light goes off and camera appears in tether module in C1....

EDIT..
It's working now - it appears the issue was with the SD card inserted, is there no way to shoot with SD card in and have ot backed up on SD and my mac...??
