... not a joke. A serious post.
As I'm only 21 i've only ever really known a Blairite Britain - but for me, on reflection of ten years I feel he's done a good a job as anyone could do. There are policies i disapproved of over his premiership - namely top-up fees and the hypocrisy of Blair burning the ladder that he himself climbed up and also the doomed private involvement in our education system; PFI just doesn't work. Iraq is one thing I can't chastise him for... I believed in the war at the time on the intelligence that we were given - most of the country did, even the tories wanted the war. Hindsight is a great thing, and I think he's being battered for it unfairly in a way.
A great communicator and a good leader for the 'greatest nation on the planet' - Tony Blair
Will you miss him?
