Telescope or lens?

I have admired planet photography for a long time and have decided it's about time I started to try and get a bit more professional looking shots.

I have a Sigma 105-500 which I use for wildlife but have also been looking at investing in a telescope. I have been looking at Skywatcher Skyhawk-113/1000 EQ1 and Skywatcher 130. Does anyone have any experience with any of these, would they be ok or not touch them and stick with my sigma?

Any advice would be really appreciated.
