I'm thinking of getting a TC (not sure what size yet) and the Nikon ones are serious money, any other good makes out there that will mate up with a Nikon AF-S lens?

Does the Kenko retain AF between a D50 body and Sigma lens? Can't find a compatability chart anywhere.

I have one of these in 1.4 flavour & it works fine with my D200
Obviously you lose a stop but I did some test shots & didn't think the TC affected the pics too badly - got mine from OneStopDigital for £80 iirc ... Paul
