Tamron 70-300mm f4/5.6 DI LD Macro

Hi i am looking for a cheap lens to add to my D600 i bought this week
i have pretty much maxed my budget for now but would likem another lens without breaking the bank balance
does anyone know if this is worth buying or am i just chucking money away
£119 at jessops at the moment

I got this lens also, the af motor is painfully slow but if you don't currently have a telephoto lens it good as a start I suppose. Also it's good for learning macro and even better if you had some macro tubes. For £120 it's a good lens, the only thing is don't use it on a tripod as it doesn't have a collar by then again its not a massive lens. Watch some reviews on YouTube.
