Taking still from video software

If you have frame based video and want to take a still photo from it, what software do you use ? I just want to take a jpeg from a couple of short clips. I use corel for editing but don't think it does it...

If you have a Canon DSLR you can use Zoombrowser to do it. I'm sure Corel will have an export to jpeg option. I use Premier Pro to edit and that will do it also.

I use adobe after effects to do this as you can save it in a variety of formats, i.e. psd, png, tiff, jpeg. I use it for the cover artwork when I upload the finished film to vimeo. Looks a lot better than some randomly selected frame.
