Is it possible to change the settings of a contact somewhere in outlook so that when I sync my phone with my computer I don't get all the email addresses from my compter on my phone, just the contacts that have phone numbers etc?

I'm sure I have done that in the past Kev with a Sony Ericson and changed a setting so that only the contacts with a particular word in the comments field were sync'd.

What camera /software is it?
 
K800 and Sony Ericsson PC Suite,

I have removed sync software because of the many duplicates it creates however I remember that if you arranged contacts into folders it can be done.

A quick cheat:
Arrange contacts into categories/view where you can see the contacts you wish to synch. Copy them into a new contacts folder. Sync with this folder in PC Suite. I think? :thinking:

Dont think you can. i remember trying this on mine a while ago.
Cant you import and export vcards or whatever outlook call them?
